3. Take Breaks Along The Way
If you are going on a road trip with your dog, you need to stop for breaks. This is another great opportunity to keep your dog entertained!
During your breaks which should occur at least every 2 hours of driving, you should let your dog go to the toilet and also offer your dog some water so he/she can stay hydrated. If your dog has trouble falling asleep consider turning down or completely turning off your radio. It might also be a cause of his/her surroundings not being very comfortable.
